Hi, I’m Rebekah (Bek) Kulidzan. I’ve spent over a decade building commercial and technical functions from scratch across AI, cloud, and web3, from policy research and data engineering through solutions architecture and global partnerships. I invest my own capital in sustainability led businesses outside of tech and finance. I’m also a trained life coach with a specialism in career transitions, confidence, work-life balance, and mental health in the workplace. I founded Pathways Collective, a career coaching and mentoring platform built on the idea that careers can be non-linear, fulfilling, and pursued without burning out, and hosted the Pathways Collective Podcast, sharing real stories from the community.
